We wanted to inform you about an important change regarding our lockbox services. After careful consideration, we have decided to transition from using Supra Key & Lockboxes, including the Supra eKey, to a new provider: SentriLock. Our partnership with Supra will officially end on August 29th, 2024, and we will no longer offer or support their products after this date.
IMPORTANT: Supra keys will quit working on August 28th at midnight.
We’re excited about the move to SentriLock, which will provide enhanced features, security, and support for all your lockbox needs. We believe this change will bring a smoother experience for everyone.
For those who may still need to use Supra, we’re providing instructions on how ORRA members can access Supra for Single Access with eKey and Managed Access with eKey. This ensures that you can continue your work seamlessly during this transition.
Single Access with eKey
Receive a couple of text messages with links that you’ll need to click on first to gain access and lock/unlock Supra's lockbox.
Managed Access with eKey
Supra’s eKEY Managed Access lets you grant non-local agents access to your listings. Get seller approval, set the time, and receive showing alerts.
