The Diversity Council is ORRA's newest council. The operations committee will plan all events, networking, and education and provide them for all Diversity Council members.

The Diversity Council operations committee is made up of two members of Orlando chapters of ORRA-associated affinity groups including the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), and the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, plus two ORRA members-at-large.
