At the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA), our work goes beyond contracts and closings. We believe strong communities are the foundation of a healthy housing market — and REALTORS® are essential partners in making that happen.
Through community relations, partnerships, volunteerism, and philanthropy, ORRA members are helping to expand access to opportunity, support neighborhood stability, and improve quality of life across Central Florida.

We support efforts that help individuals and families access safe, stable, and attainable housing — from first-time homebuyer education to programs that preserve existing homes and neighborhoods.

ORRA collaborates with local nonprofits, business and civic groups, and public agencies to tackle community challenges connected to housing, economic mobility, and neighborhood vitality.

REALTORS® regularly volunteer their time and talents to local initiatives — from clean-ups and food distribution to back-to-school drives and veteran support events. These efforts demonstrate the REALTOR® commitment to service beyond the sale.

We connect residents, community leaders, and policymakers with timely information on housing trends, homeownership resources, and issues that impact where and how people live in Central Florida.

The Orlando Regional REALTOR® Foundation (ORRF) is ORRA’s charitable partner, focused on advancing housing-related initiatives and supporting programs that strengthen families and communities.
The Foundation invests in efforts such as housing education, neighborhood revitalization, disaster relief, and other projects that align with our mission of creating pathways to stable, thriving communities.
