How to Open a SentriLock Lockbox with Touch-N-Show

  1. Launch the SentriKey® Real Estate app.
    1. To open a SentriGuard® lockbox with Touch-N-Show®, start by launching the SentriKey® Real Estate app.
  2. Tap Touch-N-Show®
    1. *The first time you use this feature, you will get a message notifying you that Touch-N-Show® is only available on the SentriGuard® lockbox.*
    2. From the home screen, tap the Touch-N-Show® button.
    3. Touch Continue.
  3. Tap phone to lockbox.
    1. Tap the phone to the lockbox. For best results, press the device up to the NFC sensor located just below the keypad.
    2. Each device has its own unique placement for NFC. Adjust your device accordingly to meet the sensor’s position.
  4. Key compartment will open.
    1. You will see a flashing green light and the key compartment will open.
    2. If the key compartment does not fall open, gently tug on the tab located in the bottom of the lockbox.
    3. You have successfully accessed a lockbox using Touch-N-Show®!
 

How to Release the Shackle on a SentriLock Lockbox

  1. Launch the app on your device.
    1. To start, launch the SentriKey® Real Estate App
  2. Open The Menu in The Top Left
    1. This menu is often called the “Hamburger Menu” and is 3 horizontal bars stacked on top of one another in the top left corner.
  3. Tap ‘My Lockboxes’
  4. Tap ‘Release Shackle’
  5. On your lockbox, press ‘ENT’.
    1. This establishes a connection from the lockbox to the app. You’ll see a flashing blue light on the top left of the lockbox.
  6. In the app, enter your PIN (or use Touch ID / Face ID.) and tap ‘Release Shackle’.
  7. Tap OK. The shackle will release.

How To Get A One Day Code

  1. Log into the SentriKey App and tap on the three bars (Hamburger Menu) in the top left of the app.
  2. Select ‘My Lockboxes.’
  3. Then select, ‘Get Access Code.’
  4. Select the lockbox/address.
    1. If you do not see the address, type in the lockbox serial number in the search bar.
    2. Click ‘Done’ or ‘Search.’
  5. In the ‘Assigned To’ field, type the person’s name who will be using it.
  6. Select the date for when it is needed.
  7. Tap ‘Get One Day Code.’
    1. You will then enter your PIN or verify biometrics.
    2. It will then be displayed on the screen.

How To Share It

  1. Tap on the share button in the top-right. (Share icon may vary depending on the phone type.)
  2. Select how you’d like to share the code. (ex: text or email)
  3. If you select email or text, enter the ‘TO’ information (phone number/email address) and click send.
    1. The message will contain the lockbox serial number, valid on date, code, and the directions on how to use it.
  4. If you have any questions, please contact our support team and they will be able to assist you further.

  1. Launch the app on your device.
    1. To start, launch the SentriKey® Real Estate App
  2. On the lockbox keypad, press ‘ENT’.
    1. This establishes a connection with the app.
  3. In the app, enter your PIN or use Face ID.
  4. The lockbox key compartment opens.
    1. The key compartment will open. If the key compartment does not fall open, gently tug the tab located in the bottom of the lock box.

ORRA Lockbox FAQs

  • Monthly Key Fee: $17.64/month (regardless of number of lockboxes).
  • Billing Schedule:
    • Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month.
    • Payment is due by the 5th of each month.
    • A $5.23 late fee will be applied to unpaid invoices and account suspended on the 7th of each month.
    • If an invoice remains unpaid for more than 30 days, a $50 reactivation fee will be charged, and the account will be suspended

  • Cost per Lockbox: $122.48 (including tax).
  • Selling Lockboxes to Another Agent:
  • Lockbox Buyback:
    • Yes, we are currently buying back lockboxes for $45 each. You must come to ORRA and fill out appropriate paperwork. A check will be issued within two weeks after lockbox buyback form has been processed.

  • If you've canceled your SentriLock key and wish to reactivate it:
    • Visit ORRA Members Key Sign-Up to enroll here: ORRA Members Key Sign-Up
    • Allow 24–48 business hours for processing.
    • A $50 reinstatement fee and the current month’s fees will be due if your account has been inactive for more than 30 days.

  • Finding Your SentriLock ID:
    • In the SentriLock app, tap the “person” icon on the home screen.
    • Your 9-digit SentriKey ID is displayed at the bottom of this screen.
  • Paying Your Invoice:
    • Phone: Call 513-618-6800 or 877-736-8745, select Option 3, and follow the prompts.
    • Online: Visit www.sentrilock.com (not available via mobile app).
    • Recurring Payments: When paying online, check the option to enable recurring monthly charges.
  • Out of Device Registrations:
    • Call OORRA at 407-253-3580 for additional device registrations.
    • On weekends, contact SentriLock support at 877-736-8745.

  • Lockbox Conversion Swap:
    • The swap program ended in October 2024 and is no longer active.
  • Training Options:
    • One-on-one training available onsite.
    • Classes offered throughout the year.
    • Weekly online sessions via Lockbox Resources | SentriLock.

  • Is the SentriLock key required?
    • No, it’s not mandatory—but we highly recommend using it to better serve your clients.
