ORFF mobilizes resources to address Central Florida’s housing challenges. We engage in collaborative efforts to impact the future of affordable housing. We produce new homes and assist in preserving exiting homes in support of anti-displacement efforts. In support of the economic security of Central Florida, our goal is to enhance the availability of fair financial products and promote financial education and asset building.

Just outside Downtown Orlando, this initiative offers affordable, stable housing for veterans, first responders, and essential workers. In addition to providing homes, it helps ensure lasting support through assistance with housing expenses—making a meaningful difference in the lives of those who give so much.

The Orlando Regional REALTOR® Foundation (ORRF) is a 501c3 organization and serves as the charitable arm of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA).
ORRA is one of Florida's largest trade associations with over 20,000 members in Orange, Seminole, and surrounding counties. To keep up with the ever-growing housing needs of Central Florida communities ORRA established ORRF more than 20 years ago to serve Central Florida through affordable and accessible housing development.
ORRF is presently among the most successful REALTOR® sponsored foundations in the country, known for its innovative affordable housing initiatives.
