Serving Those Who Served: ORRA’s Military Advisory Council (MAC)

Empowering REALTORS®. Supporting Our Military. Building Stronger Communities

At the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA), we understand that the mission doesn’t end when the uniform comes off. That’s why we established the Military Advisory Council (MAC) — a vibrant community of REALTOR® professionals, veterans, military spouses, and patriotic allies committed to uplifting Central Florida’s military-connected population through real estate advocacy, education, and action.

Whether you’re a veteran transitioning into civilian life, a military spouse growing your career, or a REALTOR® passionate about giving back — MAC is your mission-forward home within ORRA.

Our Mission

To recognize, celebrate, and advocate for military-connected REALTORS® and their families through intentional education, impactful community outreach, and strategic partnerships. MAC champions veteran homeownership and honors military service while advancing legislative priorities that protect and empower those who’ve served.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Aligning with veteran-owned businesses, government agencies, and nonprofits to amplify shared impact.
  • Community Engagement: Hosting outreach initiatives and public events that directly support veterans and active-duty families across Central Florida.
  • Internal Engagement: Cultivating leadership among military-connected REALTORS® while honoring service milestones and educating our broader membership.
