The board of directors is composed of volunteer members who govern the association, set strategy and maintain fiscal oversight and fiduciary responsibility. Members of the board of directors are elected to serve by and are accountable to the members of the association.
ORRA has a variety of councils, committees, and task forces that operate at the direction of the board of directors to help ORRA and its members achieve the goals of the association.
Each fall, representatives of the board of directors are elected by the members to serve ORRA.
The bylaws guide how ORRA is governed. Only amended by vote of the membership, the bylaws establish an organizational structure, policies, and voting regulations.
