Platinum Key Certification for Brokers (PKC)
- Anticipated attendance: 30 brokers
- Newly created by ORRA, the PKC is designed by brokers, for brokers, who are looking to raise the level of professionalism within their office and the industry.
Graduate REALTOR® Institute 100, 200 & 300
- Anticipated attendance: 70
- The GRI program is designed to provide REALTORS® with one of the industry's most respected professional designations – Graduate REALTOR® Institute.
ABR: Accredited Buyer's Representative for Brokers
- Anticipated attendance: 30
- This ABR course is essential for broker/owner/managers so that they realize that with proper training and awareness most liability can be easily alleviated, and agents can, effectively and profitably, represent clients on the company's behalf.
Core Law: Mandatory License Renewal Course
- Anticipated attendance: 90
- Florida brokers and salespersons must take three hours of Core Law to fulfill the state's continuing education requirements for license renewal (14 hours total).
- Each year, the Florida Legislature passes and amends real estate law. This class reviews recent changes to state and federal laws and rules.
