As an active REALTOR® member of another association, you can choose to become a Secondary Member of ORRA and join the MFRMLS.
A REALTOR® Agent can become a secondary member of ORRA (excluding MFRMLS participation) without the requirement of their Broker becoming a secondary member of ORRA (In-State only). Please call 407.513.7282 for Out-of-State secondary membership requests.
If you are a REALTOR® Agent and wish to participate in MFRMLS as a secondary member, your Broker must be an ORRA member and an MFRMLS participant.
1. Submit a "Letter of Good Standing" from your Primary Association of REALTORS®. Include
2. Complete the online REALTOR® Membership Application for both the Broker and the Agent requesting secondary membership. In-State secondary members are welcome but not required to attend ORRA New Member Orientation. Out-of-State secondary members are required to attend Orientation.
If you are a broker, continue to steps 3 and 4
3. The broker must submit the completed and signed Participation Fee & Activation Agreement for My Florida Regional MLS as well as the Principal Broker or Certified Appraiser Request to Participate Form.
4. New Office Contact Worksheet if the broker is opening a new company.

Changing offices or brokers?
Send an email to email@example.com requesting your office information to be updated.
As your local service center for MFRMLS, ORRA will notify MFRMLS of the update after verifying the information on the DBPR website to ensure they have you actively licensed with your current broker. There is no charge from ORRA or MFRMLS for office transfers.
Changing your business address?
If you are moving your brokerage, email a DBPR RE 11 Form to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that ORRA cannot make the address or name change until it has been updated with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR).
Transferring from another association?
If you are currently a REALTOR® member of another association and wish to apply for either primary or secondary REALTOR® membership with ORRA, you will need to fill a REALTOR® application and to provide a "Letter of Good Standing”.

Office Assistant membership is for those that either does not hold a real estate license or their license is on inactive status with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
This membership is unique to ORRA and is usually desired for assistants who:
Office Assistant Membership requires a $75.00 fee paid to ORRA and is annually billed to the broker of the office regardless of whether they are assisting an agent or the broker themselves.

There are 3 different types of Unlicensed Assistants unique to MFRMLS.
These individuals either do not hold a real estate license or their license is on inactive status with FREC (Department of Business and Professional Regulation).
*Please note this membership does not qualify for the Supra Key.
To become an MFRMLS Unlicensed Assistant there is a $65.00 set-up fee required and a prorated annual access amount (payable to MFRMLS). The annual amount will be billed by MLS on September 15th. Please refer to the Unlicensed Assistant Fee Schedule for the monthly prorations.
