Welcome to ORRA's New Member Experience (Includes Code of Ethics)

New. Motivated. Empowered.

We’re excited to welcome you to the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA)—where your real estate journey begins.

  • Location: ORRA Headquarters – 5421 Diplomat Circle, Orlando, FL 32810
  • Course Time: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM

The New Member Experience is more than just an orientation. It’s a dynamic and engaging introduction to the tools, resources, and relationships that will shape your success in the real estate industry.

What to Expect

  • A live, in-person NAR Code of Ethics overview (2.5 hours – no CE credit) to reinforce the professional standards that set REALTORS® apart
  • An introduction to exclusive member benefits, including educational opportunities, technology tools, market insights, and discounts
  • Networking opportunities with fellow new members, ORRA leaders, and industry professionals
  • Interactive sessions designed to empower your professional growth
  • To receive full credit for this required course, you must attend the entire session.
  • Members who miss more than 20 minutes will need to reschedule for a future date.

Code of Ethics & Fair Housing Requirement

All REALTORS® are required to complete both the NAR New Member Code of Ethics and the Fair Housing / Anti-Bias Training upon becoming a member. These requirements also repeat every 3 years, on the same cycle: January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2027 (Cycle 8).

    • Code of Ethics Training – Covered live during the New Member Experience (2.5 hours – no CE credit)
    • Fair Housing / Anti-Bias Training – Must be at least 2 hours of instructional time and meet the National Association of REALTORS® learning objectives. This course is in addition to the Code of Ethics requirement.

You can complete the Fair Housing requirement by taking Fairhaven: A Fair Housing Simulation through NAR’s online learning platform. Once completed, email your certificate to [email protected].

If you have already completed either requirement prior to your scheduled New Member Experience, please submit your completion certificates to the Education Department in advance.
