Orlando Zip Code Plus Reports

ORRA's Zip Code Plus Reports are shorter versions of the State of the Market report. They specifically look at zip codes in Orange and Seminole counties. These reports provide a condensed overview of the real estate market in those areas.

The focus is on providing detailed information about trends and statistics within each zip code. They receive updates on the 15th of each month, or the next available business day.

Members can view reports on Orlando REALTORS® Connect, the association's online platform for members only.

How To Access Zip Code Plus Reports

Orlando REALTORS® Connect is an online platform designed for real estate professionals in the Orlando area. By accessing connect.orlandorealtors.org, Members can talk to other agents, use tools for success, and stay informed about industry news and events.

The platform helps REALTORS® connect, work together, and stay updated in Orlando's fast real estate market. Orlando REALTORS® Connect offers resources and support for both new and experienced real estate professionals.

The goal is to help you succeed in your career. Whether you are just starting or already established in the field, you can benefit from the services provided. The organization dedicates itself to helping you achieve success in the real estate industry.

• To access Orlando REALTORS® Connect, use the same login information as the ORRA member portal. This includes entering your NRDS number and ORRA password. Make sure to sign in with your credentials to access the platform.
• You need your NRDS number and ORRA password to log in. (If you're a first-time user, you'll need to agree to the platform's code of conduct.)
• Go to the "Communities" tab on the menu bar and select "All Communities" from the dropdown menu. Scroll down and click on "Housing Statistics."
• To see ORRA's stats, go to Housing Statistics page, click Library button, then folder icon to access statistical files. Select the arrow next to "Area Zip Code Plus Reports". The reports are available by area, within each year.
