The news was met with thunderous applause during a celebratory event hosted by ORRA. President Rose Kemp personally addressed YPN members, her words echoing the immense pride felt by the entire association.

With previous YPN members serving on ORRA’s Board of Directors, including many past 20 Under 40 Honorees, we take pride in nurturing future leaders who make significant contributions to our association and industry at large.
ORRA’s YPN stands out for its commitment to enriching its members' experiences. They've created innovative programs like the "Unlocked" series, offering cutting-edge education, and significantly expanded their community service efforts through initiatives like the Waterway Cleanup.
President Kemp further emphasized, "These YPN-led events cater to a wide range of interests, ensuring meaningful engagement and impact for all members."
YPN also prioritizes nurturing future leaders within the association. By actively developing new leadership talent and fostering inclusivity, they ensure a constant influx of fresh perspectives. This commitment to leadership development is a testament to the network's long-term vision.
This group understands the importance of fostering connections beyond the local level. They actively engage with YPN members across the NAR network through various channels, including the NAR YPN Facebook group, quarterly Zoom calls, and participation in YPN Advance sessions during NAR's Leadership Week.
This dedication to national involvement has created a vibrant and interactive community for young real estate professionals to connect, collaborate, and grow.
ORRA’s CEO Cliff Long further energized the crowd by looking towards the future during the celebratory event. He expressed excitement about YPN's upcoming global expansion through the YPN exchange program.
