Members with an interest in a particular side of the real estate business can take advantage of specialty councils, groups, forums, and networks.
Each group hosts own educational and networking events (many free) that are tailored to its like-minded membership's special interest. Several offer affiliation with national groups and associated marketing power.
The Diversity Council Operations Committee, consisting of members from Orlando chapters of ORRA-associated affinity groups and ORRA members-at-large, collaborates to promote diversity and inclusion in real estate.
The Global Real Estate Council of Orlando educates REALTORS® on international transactions, emphasizing collaboration and cultural understanding for working with global buyers and sellers.
The Commercial Council empowers commercial REALTORS® with resources for success, offering education, advocacy, networking, and market insights. Their mission is to elevate skills and professionalism in the industry.
The ORRA Property Management Council helps real estate professionals navigate rental challenges, enhancing professionalism through events on topics like landlord-tenant law, legislation, technology, and market trends.
YPN empowers young real estate professionals through tools, mentorship, and networking. Their mission focuses on career excellence via education, technology, volunteering, and fundraising for peers and the community.
