Dues invoices will be live on members' accounts on August 1, 2024.
The membership renewal deadline is 5 p.m. EST on October 31, 2024. Payments received after the deadline will result in a late fee.
Membership dues for all three REALTOR® associations for 2025 (local, state, and national) are $811 for sales agents (including a voluntary $99 donation to RPAC and a $35 voluntary donation to the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Foundation) and $962 for brokers (including a voluntary $250 donation to RPAC and a $35 voluntary donation to the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Foundation).

Log in to the Member Portal. Your balance will be reflected in the green box below your profile information. Click on the green box to review and pay your dues.
Dues payments may be made by calling 407.253.3580 or in-person at ORRA (5421 Diplomat Cir. Orlando, FL 3281) Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Acceptable forms of payment are MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, money orders, personal checks, and bank checks. Please make all checks payable to ORRA. Due to security reasons, cash is not accepted.
Your login ID is your Member Number (NRDS#). If you do not have your password, visit the Member Portal page and click on "Get Started” under "Forgot your password?" You will be prompted to enter your contact info. An email will then be sent to you with your password.
If you do not have your password and your email is not on file with ORRA, please contact [email protected], and someone will contact you regarding the next steps.
To check the status of your ORRA renewal payment, log into the Member Portal, and click on the link entitled "My Account.” Under "Orders," verify that your "2025 Orlando Renewal Dues - 2025 Orlando Renewal Dues" is marked "Complete." If you do not see “Complete,” we have not received your dues payment, or it hasn’t yet been processed.
If ORRA has your valid email address on file and you paid online, you will receive an automated receipt following the receipt of your payment. Please allow up to four business days to process your payment if you paid your dues by check.
Membership dues renewal notices will be sent via email beginning in August.
Dues invoices are also posted to your account in August and can be viewed at your convenience 24/7 by logging into the Member Portal. To ensure you receive your dues invoice and other important information from ORRA, please be sure that you have a valid email address on file in the ORRA database.
Please note that not receiving a renewal notice does not relieve a member from their obligation to submit their payment by the renewal deadline of 5 p.m. EST on October 31, 2024.
Online dues payments for your convenience can be made anytime.
You should receive a membership dues notice via email in August, as long as you have a valid email address in the ORRA database. If you have not received a membership dues notice, this could mean your email address is not on file or it needs to be updated in the database.
To access your invoice online, log into the Member Portal and click on the link titled "My Account.”
