ORLANDO, Fla. (Feb. 29, 2024) -- The Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA) is pleased to announce its recommended candidates for election to office in Apopka, Ocoee, and Winter Garden on Tuesday, March 19.
ORRA believes in the democratic process and supports political candidates who strongly identify with issues important to the real estate industry, free enterprise, and the preservation of private property rights, regardless of party affiliation.
After careful consideration from ORRA's candidate screening committee and with Board of Directors approval, the endorsed candidates are as follows:
- Apopka City Council: Nick Nesta - Seat #4
- Ocoee City Council: George Oliver III - District #4
- City of Winter Garden Commission: Chloe Johnson - District #3
These three candidates have demonstrated a deep understanding of the local communities' critical issues, including affordable housing, responsible development, and economic growth. They have pledged to advocate for policies that promote a healthy real estate market and benefit all residents.
ORRA encourages its members and residents who live in these respective districts to exercise their right to vote and show their support for these candidates.

- Deadline for Mail-In Ballot Request: March 7
- Early Voting: March 4-March 17
- Election Day: March 19
