Dewayne’s journey began when he was drafted into the Air Force in 1966. He served with distinction through 1970, demonstrating the values of honor, courage, and service that are the hallmarks of military life.
After transitioning to civilian life, Dewayne continued his commitment to serving others by pursuing a career in real estate. He joined ORRA in 1990 and quickly established himself as a respected and dedicated community member. Over the past three decades, he has consistently demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their dream of homeownership.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dewayne has tirelessly advocated for veterans and their families. He has actively supported numerous veterans' organizations and has worked to ensure that those who have served our country receive the respect and assistance they deserve.
With this induction into the 2023 Florida Veterans’ Hall of Fame, Dewayne joined an elite group whose service and achievements have left an indelible mark on the state. This well-deserved honor is a testament to his exemplary character and lasting impact on the military and civilian communities. His unwavering commitment to excellence and dedication to serving his community are shining examples of what it means to be a dedicated public servant and a true role model for all of us.
