ORRA Staff Is Back in the Saddle

For the second year, ORRA staff participated in equine training to increase professional development. The training focuses on self-awareness, interpersonal communication skills, mindfulness, relationship management, resiliency, and more through contact with horses at McCormick Research Institute in St. Cloud. Members of ORRA staff gathered at the Institute’s barn on February 11, where they participated in several activities, all connecting them with horses –– and their fellow ORRA staff members.
