Global Real Estate Council of Orlando

As the Orlando area remains one of the top foreign buyer destinations in Florida, the Global Real Estate Council of Orlando works to help ORRA members understand how to navigate the complexities of international real estate transactions as well as gain a better understanding of cultural differences and their influence on transactions.

The Council also offers tips, tricks and how-tos for improving international client experience, strengthening relationships virtually, managing the closing process, dealing with international money transfers and more.

Real Estate Associations From Other Countries

The Global Real Estate Council has relationships with real estate associations from a number of countries, including the United Kingdom, Brazil and South Africa.

In an effort to expand these relationships, expose the Central Florida market to the world and attract more foreign national buyers, the Council has visited several countries.

Ana Gazzara, Chair of the Global Real Estate Committee, is the USA representative for Invest in Dubai Real Estate and the International Property Show. Gazzara’s new role for Invest in Dubai Real Estate will allow her to strengthen the ties between the UAE and the USA.

Through Gazzara’s expertise and connections, Orlando will be well represented among other world-class cities. Gazzara will also take part in the International Property Show in March, which is the Middle East’s biggest property sales platform for local and international markets.

ORRA Member Paule Romulus

On the national front, ORRA member Paule Romulus is serving as NAR’s 2021 Global Ambassador to Bahama, Bermuda, Dominican Republic and Jamaica.

The Central Florida area remains a huge market for international home buyers and the Global Real Estate Council of Orlando is working to help ORRA members thrive in serving this global market.

Florida Home Sales In 2020
