The Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA) today announces it is now a Certified Great Place to Work™. The 8th largest REALTOR® association in the country now meets a global standard used to assess company culture.
“We strive to make everyday an incredible day for ORRA’s employees who work day in and day out to support the needs of the REALTORS® fueling Central Florida’s unprecedented growth,” said ORRA CEO Cliff Long. “We are always helping our staff evolve, whether through equine leadership training or ongoing education classes. At ORRA, we want to see our staff reach their fullest potential.”
Become A Certified Great Place to Work™
In order to become a Certified Great Place to Work™, ORRA employees filled out the Work Trust Model© Survey, which analyzes five categories: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie among colleagues. ORRA also provided an insight into the workplace through a Company Culture Brief. Based on feedback, ORRA met the benchmarks to become a Certified Great Workplace™.
Benefits, Growth and the People
Some of the top reasons ORRA employees say the association is a Great Place to Work™ include the benefits, growth and the people. In fact, 90% say they are offered training and development to further themselves professionally and 90% feel good about their contributions to the community.
“Our staff is the backbone of ORRA. We are so appreciative of the work they do to support REALTORS®, whether that’s bringing our message to the community or supporting causes that give back, such as waterway clean-ups or fundraising walks,” stated 2021 ORRA President Natalie Arrowsmith, NextHome Arrowsmith Realty.
“As we celebrate 100 years of ORRA this year, we are honoring the staff who keep Central Florida’s real estate market running smoothly. As we look to the next century of our association, we will continue providing opportunities for our staff to grow personally and professionally with us,” said Long.
There are 39 employees who work at ORRA to support its more than 20,000 members, who include residential and commercial REALTORS®, property managers, appraisers, mortgage brokers and title professionals.
