Within Seminole County, the real estate landscape paints a picture of a sizzling seller's market, echoing the fervor seen nationwide. ORRA's latest Seminole Market Report (February-April) reveals staggering statistics.

The fervent pace in Seminole's housing market mirrors the broader Orlando region's trajectory, foretelling an upsurge in sales as the summer real estate season unfolds.

Homes Are Flying Off the Market

Homes are flying off the market, with the median days plummeting to a mere 17, a staggering 70% drop from April 2020. The rate of inventory turnover hit a high of 138% in April, indicating a soaring demand. Moreover, new listings surged by 36% compared to the previous year, propelling the median listing price to $398,450, a notable 5.7% increase.

Yet, this flourishing market grapples with limited inventory. Active listings nosedived by 63% compared to the previous year, dwindling the available supply to a mere .7 months in April, down from two months in April 2020.
