Cliff Long is the chief executive officer of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association. He joined the ORRA staff in December of 2017. Cliff holds ultimate responsibility for the programs and services that ORRA provides to its members. Cliff comes to ORRA from the Birmingham (Alabama) Association of REALTORS®, where he served dual roles as CEO of both the association and the Greater Alabama Multiple Listing Service. Previously, he was CEO of the Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS® in Fort Walton Beach, Fla. Cliff is a graduate of Alabama State University, where he majored in English.
Fun fact: Cliff is surprisingly good at cooking, having worked as a broil cook, kitchen manager, and server when he was in college.

Amanda Ornelas is ORRA’s Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of working in association management. She obtained a business management degree from Idaho State University. Before coming to ORRA, Amanda was the CEO of Sun Valley Board of REALTORS® Ketchum, Idaho, for 12 years. When she is not working, she is most likely with her family, enjoying all that Florida has to offer.
Fun fact: If she was a superhero, her superpower would be flying as she believes it is the best way to alleviate your anxiety because you literally can see how small your issues are.

Melinda Skinner is the Chief People Officer at ORRA, bringing over two decades of HR expertise to her role. Melinda has a proven track record of creating environments where employees feel empowered to thrive, grow, and reach their full potential. Her leadership focuses on ensuring ORRA reflects its core values, fostering a workplace culture that prioritizes collaboration, learning, and innovation.
Outside the office, Melinda leads a vibrant life with her family, including her talented daughters, Sophia and Samantha. Whether she’s cheering at volleyball games, or laughing over their latest adventures, Melinda treasures her role as their biggest supporter.
When she’s not making magic happen at ORRA, you can find her exploring the outdoors, traveling to new destinations, or enjoying the magic of Disney with her family. Ali Taylor, the Vice President of Member Services for ORRA, boasts a 24-year tenure in the field of real estate. Ali's passion lies in guiding individuals towards their "ah-ha" moments, whether it involves acquiring new knowledge or uncovering their hidden value. The ever-changing nature of her job is what she finds most exhilarating. She has earned numerous certifications, including RCE, e-Pro, C2EX, AHWD, and Professional Standards, and previously served as the chief executive officer of the Coeur d'Alene Association of REALTORS® for over 8 years.
Fun fact: If Ali were a superhero, she would choose healing as her superpower.

LaTonya R. Stark is the Senior Vice President of Influence for the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA), where she leads the association’s integrated strategy for Government Affairs, Public Relations & External Communications, Community Relations, and the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Foundation. In this executive role, she stewards ORRA’s brand, relationships, and community impact—amplifying REALTORS®’ stories, strengthening trust with members and the public, and connecting the association with leaders and neighbors across Central Florida.
With more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in marketing, communications, public affairs, and community engagement, LaTonya is known for uniting policy, storytelling, partnership, and philanthropy into a cohesive influence agenda. She works closely with the CEO, COO, Board of Directors, and industry and community partners to grow ORRA’s visibility, deepen its community footprint, and ensure ORRA and its family of companies speak with one clear, compelling, and credible voice across every platform.
Fun fact: La’Tonya is surprisingly good at weaponry and logistics having served as an Officer in the U.S. Navy for more than 12 years.

Stephanie has been in Real Estate since 1995. She was a successful REALTOR® and Broker prior to transitioning to the world of Association Management in 2011. She has served REALTOR® members since then as the Senior Vice President of Innovation, Local Leadership Development liaison, Global Council liaison, Professional Standards Administrator, Instructor and CEO. She is an RPAC Major Investor and Hall of Fame recipient.
Stephanie has been a member of WCR for over 20 year and served as local President and District Vice President in Tallahassee and Northwest Florida. She was awarded REALTOR® of the Year at the Northeast Florida Association of REALTORS in 2009. She has several designations and certifications including ABR, CRB, CRS and RCE. Stephanie’s passion for MLS and real estate technology began with the introduction to RPR in 2010.
She has been active since then and served on the RPR Advisory Board in 2018 and 2019. Stephanie served on multiple local Boards, as a director and in leadership roles, including President Elect. Stephanie also served 7 years on the Florida Realtors BOD. She has chaired local, state and NAR committees, in a variety of subjects. Stephanie is passionate about learning and teaching and helping members grow to achieve their goals.

With ORRA since 2015, Mary Kay is the Vice President of Policy & Bylaws. Holding RCE, CIPS, C2EX, ePro, and AHWD designations, Mary Kay has been working in the REALTOR® association field for more than 30 years. She has been the CEO of two REALTOR® associations/multiple listing services, including 23 years with the Manatee Association of REALTORS® in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. Mary Kay is passionate about providing stellar member service and feels the people she works with are the best part of her job.
Fun fact: When not working she can usually be found cooking and spending time with family and friends.

Randy Schwartz is the Director of Compliance, working closely with Reyna Soto to handle ethics complaints and arbitration requests. He hold degrees from both the University of Tennessee and the University of Florida and has been an attorney for nearly 50 years. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) in various capacities, including prosecutor, advisor, FREC Commissioner, and Chair of the Commission. Much of his professional life has been dedicated to supporting real estate licensees.
Fun Fact: He holds degrees from both the University of Tennessee and the University of Florida.

Mercedes Fonseca is a seasoned public affairs and government relations leader with more than 15 years of experience in policy development, intergovernmental affairs, and strategic communications. She is widely respected across Central Florida for her collaborative leadership and ability to bridge public, private, and community interests.
She currently serves as Vice President of Government Affairs, providing strategic oversight of legislative advocacy, regulatory engagement, and policy initiatives that impact the region’s business and housing landscape. Previously, she served as Chief of Staff to the Orange County Commission for Districts 3 and 4 and as a Legislative Aide with the Florida House of Representatives, where she supported policy analysis, communications, and constituent engagement at both the county and state levels.
In addition to her government service, Mercedes has advised and managed political campaigns throughout Central Florida and remains deeply committed to civic leadership. She has held multiple board and committee roles, including leadership positions with Community Health Centers, Inc., CBC of Central Florida, and the Hispanic Heritage Committee of Greater Orange County, and continues to serve the region through active involvement with business and community organizations.

Edward DeAguilera serves as the Senior Director of Community Affairs for the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA), where he leads the association’s strategy for community positioning, cross-sector partnerships, and grassroots engagement across Central Florida. In this role, he works to ensure ORRA is recognized not only as a real estate industry leader but also as a trusted civic partner—building coalitions around housing opportunity, smart growth, and economic development, and collaborating closely with the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Foundation to align volunteerism and community investment with local needs.
Edward brings more than 25 years of experience as a nonprofit professional, with a strong track record in strategic planning, grants management, marketing, communications, volunteer engagement, and public policy strategy. Prior to joining ORRA, he served as Executive Director of the Down Syndrome Association of Central Florida, where he oversaw organizational strategy and community impact initiatives.
A lifelong Orlando resident, Edward previously served as a Director of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando for nearly six years and as a Commissioner on Orange County’s Charter Review Commission. He has also held leadership and board roles with organizations such as United Against Poverty, Business Force, and the Apopka Area Chamber of Commerce, reflecting his deep commitment to service and regional collaboration.
Fun Fact: He attended Columbia College and of the University of Central Florida and received a degree in Political Science. Edward and his wife Freda have 2 children Delaney and Edward.

Sandra Prieto is the Director of Member Communications for the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA). She leads the strategy and execution of all member-facing communications across digital, print, and in-person channels, ensuring every message supports ORRA’s mission of helping REALTORS® succeed.
Sandra manages ORRA’s full communications ecosystem, including newsletters, reports, the member magazine, the annual report, SMS alerts, social media, event promotion, and on-site digital signage. She works cosely with Member Services, Education, Events, Government Affairs, the Foundation, and the Influence Team to align messaging with organizational priorities and elevate key initiatives.
With a focus on strategic storytelling and member engagement, Sandra oversees the editorial calendar, develops multi channel content, leads the Influencer Initiative, and drives digital strategy across email and social platforms. She leverages engagement analytics and member insights to continually refine messaging and strengthen the value of ORRA membership.

Jaai Underwood-Smith serves as the Director of Government Affairs for the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA), where she advances the association’s public policy and advocacy agenda by managing local government relations, REALTOR® grassroots mobilization, and community coalition work. In this role, she helps execute ORRA’s Legislative & Advocacy Blueprint, coordinates engagement with city and county officials, leads Calls for Action and advocacy trainings, and supports RPAC fundraising and compliance to ensure REALTORS® have a strong, nonpartisan voice on issues that impact homeownership and private property rights.
A REALTOR® association leader for more than a decade, Jaai brings a proven track record in program design, relationship-building, and strategic partnerships. Her background in crafting high-impact member programs, combined with her policy and advocacy expertise, enables her to translate complex legislative issues into clear, actionable guidance for ORRA members. She collaborates closely with ORRA’s SVP of Influence, External Communications, and Community Affairs teams to align advocacy, storytelling, and member engagement in support of a stronger real estate industry and more informed communities across Central Florida.
Fun fact: In her free time, Jaai loves baking, spending time with family, and furthering her own education.

Mandi Storm joined the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA) in 2024 as Director of Member Services – Brokers and Councils. She brings more than a decade of experience in REALTOR® association management and a deep understanding of member engagement, operations, governance, and council support.
In her role, Mandi supports ORRA’s membership with a strong focus on Designated REALTOR® members, ORRA Councils, and frontline operations, including the ORRA Front Desk and REALTOR® Store. She also serves as Staff Liaison for the Professional Standards and Grievance Committees, ensuring compliance, due process, and the effective administration of the Code of Ethics and Professional Standards procedures.
Mandi is committed to equipping members with the tools, resources, and guidance they need to succeed while fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence across the organization. She is passionate about building strong relationships and creating an environment where members feel supported, informed, and empowered.
Outside of ORRA, Mandi co-owns a nationwide roofing company with her husband and is a proud mom of four.
