The ORRA Leadership Institute is designed to help you uncover your most effective leadership style with established strategies and innovative approaches.  This special program identifies talented individuals who will be groomed as future leaders of your organization and the community.


This program is designed to sharpen your communication and organizational skills, as well as provide you with the tools of leadership that we all need in business, in volunteer organizations and in our personal lives.


The three-day program will be held at ORRA on June 7, June 12 and June 15.  Completion of the ORRA Leadership Institute is required for service as an ORRA director or officer.  You must attend all classes to graduate.


By participating in the Leadership Institute, you can expand your network, grow your business and contribute to the success of your profession and the community.


Continental breakfast and lunch is provided.
