The Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association has donated $75,000 to assist REALTORS® around the country recover from recent hurricanes, fires, and more.

ORRA first contributed $25,000 to the National Association of REALTORS® Relief Foundation and its mission of providing housing-related assistance to victims of natural disaster. The process was made easy with a booth set up on the trade show floor during the REALTORS® Conference and Expo in Chicago earlier this month.

Next, ORRA offered $50,000 to the Florida REALTORS® Disaster Relief Fund, which helps Florida-based REALTORS® (and their real estate employees) in the event of devastation caused by a hurricane, tornado, or other natural disaster. The check was accepted by ORRA member Bob Calwell, who is both immediate past chair of the state relief entity and a current trustee of the NAR initiative.
