Public awareness campaign spreads "Now's The Time" and "Use A REALTOR®" messages
ORRA’s 2016 consumer advertising campaign, which touts the benefits of using a REALTOR® to achieve your dream home and lifestyle, has earned top marks for its creativity from two ad industry awards programs.
The campaign won a silver medal for the artwork created for its billboard components from the Creativity International Awards 46th Print Design Awards. Winning entries are selected for their quality of art, or their advertising impact, or both.
The campaign also won a silver award for its entire integrated efforts (all mediums) from the 12th Annual International Davey Awards. This program, in a nod toward the David and Goliath story, honors the achievements of “Creative Davids” who derive their strength from big ideas rather than stratospheric budgets.
The association’s 2016 media buy focused on digital advertising, with its ability to present specific images and messages to highly targeted demographic audiences as they surf from website to website. The buy also included radio, print, digital outdoor, and event sponsorship.
ORRA’s public awareness campaigns are funded by a $25-per-member assessment that is collected with dues.
