ORRA Resources

ORRA’s newly updated document "The Critical Role of the REALTOR® in the Real Estate Transaction” is your ticket for educating consumer about just how valuable you are in their quest to buy or sell their home. This document spells out, in 232 bullet points, many of the actions a REALTOR® performs on behalf of a client. While the document as a whole works great as a handout, an individual bullet point makes a great tweet, or a category of bullet points can be combined into a blog post.

"The Critical Role of a REALTOR® in the Real Estate Transaction” is located here on under the "Consumers” heading. You can provide a link to the page or the PDF from your own website, Facebook posting, etc., or print copies of the PDF to offer as handouts.

The ORRA website also houses three "why-to-use-a-REALTOR®” brochures that you can print out and provide to clients. They are located here under "Resources/For REALTORS®/Marketing Tools.”

The core of ORRA’s member-marketing assistance lies in the abundance of housing statistics tools that it provides each month. Potential uses for the video, infographic, data charts, talking points, narrative analysis, etc., are so numerous, however, that a separate article is warranted. View the article "Statistically Speaking” on this page for suggestions on putting these tools to work for you.
