Maps that identify the Special Flood Hazard Areas (SFHA) in Orange County are now available through the Orange County Roads and Drainage Division. Homes within these areas are eligible for subsidized flood insurance premiums through the National Flood Insurance Program.

To confirm whether a property is located within the SFHA, contact the Roads and Drainage Division at 407.836.5612 and provide the property address, lot number, and subdivision name, or the parcel identification number. Online queries can also be made through the "Info Map” section of the Orange County website.

In addition, completed elevation certificates for all buildings within an SFHA that have been built or substantially improved are available for public review.
