The next time you engage with an ORRA staffer whether it be in person, via e-mail, or on the phone be on the lookout for a display of our new ORRA Employee Core Values.

ORRA CEO Cliff Long introduced the core values in January as a belief system that guides the association's actions, unites its employees, and defines its brand. "Our core values shape who we are and describe what we represent," says Long. "It all comes down to superior service to the members, and yet it's so much more."
