We are therefore heartened to highlight the immediate activation of the Florida Realtors® Disaster Relief Fund, which supports Realtors® and their employees as well as local associations and staff who experienced damage to their primary residences.
Circuit Judge Jeff Ashton has ruled regarding the Orange County rent control ordinance. Unfortunately, the judge denied the motion to block the ordinance from being on the ballot. This ordinance will now move forth to voters, who will make their decisions in November.
