This half day intensive class covers all the ins and outs of an escrow account.

  • Conflicting demands
  • Good faith doubt
  • Settlement procedures
  • Escrow Disbursement Order
  • Completing the form response to notification of conflicting demands
  • Preparing for an office inspection

Jim Lowe, is a Florida broker and instructor with more than thirty years of professional practice. His experience includes extensive work in sales, training in both commerical and residential brokerage management, as well as in residential property management. For over a decade, Jim has provided private consulting services to brokerages and franchises in the Southeastern U.S. He is a founding member and managing director of the private advisory services firm, Sever-Dufresne-Canterbury, that provides on-going performance analytics, risk management, business development, and agent training services to franchise and independent real estate firms.
