This class must be completed before
December 31, 2016!

As mandated by NAR, REALTORS® are required to complete quadrennial ethics training every four years that consists of not less than two hours and forty-five minutes of instructional time. The 4th cycle Quadrennial Code of Ethics course must be completed before December 31, 2016 in order to keep an active membership.

Code of Ethics training was establised by NAR in order to:

  • Create an awareness of and appreciation for the role the code can and should play in REALTORS'® professional lives
  • Enhance professionalism and competency
  • Encourage REALTORS® to view their code of ethics as a living, viable guide in their daily dealings with clients, customers, and the public


Beverly Pindling, Beverly is the Broker/Owner of BP Real Estate Services and has been a REALTOR® for over 30 years and a licensed instructor for 17 years. She has acquired many designations in the RE industry including ABR, AHWD, EAH GRI, and SRES and has served as a Florida REALTORS® and NAR Director. She is a past President of ORRA, REALTOR® of the Year, and Educator of the Year for both ORRA and Florida REALTORS®.
