This class must be completed before
December 31, 2016!

As mandated by NAR, REALTORS® are required to complete quadrennial ethics training every four years that consists of not less than two hours and forty-five minutes of instructional time. The 4th cycle Quadrennial Code of Ethics course must be completed before December 31, 2016 in order to keep an active membership.

Code of Ethics training was establised by NAR in order to:

  • Create an awareness of and appreciation for the role the code can and should play in REALTORS'® professional lives
  • Enhance professionalism and competency
  • Encourage REALTORS® to view their code of ethics as a living, viable guide in their daily dealings with clients, customers, and the public


Reese Stewart, s a licensed real estate broker in Orlando and a permitted real estate instructor through the state of Florida. He has been a REALTOR® since 1996. Prior to his real estate career, Reese served in the U.S. Army and retired as a First Sergeant after 20 years of faithful service to our country. He has also served on numerous committees, councils, and task forces at the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Asociation and currently serves on the ORRA Board of Directors.
