Frustrated with the constantly changing world of social media? This course will expose the risks and benefits of social media in your real estate business. It will show you how to maximize marketing efforts for your customers while limiting your exposure.

The instructor will cover:

  • How social media has leveled the playing field in business for everyone
  • How many and which platforms you should be active on
  • When to use your personal or business profile
  • What types of things you should post about
  • How to get more interaction on your posts
  • Some strong examples that you can follow for inspiration
  • Why video is so hot and how you can use it in your business strategy


Andy TolbertAndrea "Andy" Tolbert is a licensed real estate instructor and member of the Florida REALTORS® faculty. She's been immersing herself in real estate since 1995 when she first became involved in the mortgage industry. Andy is a current board member and past national director of training for the Investors Resource Center of America.
