Manish Bhatt , is the chief information officer with the Orange County Property Appraiser's office in Orlando and has implemented technology solutions in multiple verticals. Mr. Bhatt earned his MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University. Prior to that he earned his Masters in GIS & Geophysics from the University of Texas, Dallas.

Yulissa Arce , is the outreach coordinator for Rick Singh, Orange County Property Appraiser. She graduated from UCF with a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies and has been a public servant for more than five years. She incorporates her knowledge in community and event organizing, media relations, and social media to head the outreach efforts at OCPA.
