Gene Bennett, brings 38 years of property management knowledge and experience to this program and owns 3 PM offices - Orlando, Jacksonville, and Ocala. He began managing property for his family in 1975 and attained his principles license in 1977. He has a Bachelors Degree in Real Estate, is a licensed RE trainer in Florida and Texas, and has taught RE courses at colleges and universities in the US, Australia and New Zealand. Mr. Bennett has served on the board of directors of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and as President of the Florida Association of Residential Property Managers.
