Get Ready to Give Your International Business a Boost!

As the 2012 NAR, CIPS Advisory Forum Vice-Chair, your instructor provides an overview on how to effectively market yourself as a CIPS designee by covering practical business tools and tips that can be implemented once you have achieved the CIPS designation. Your instructor will also share general global marketing tips you can use with international buyers.

In addition, the following information will also be reviewed:
  • Certified International Property Specialist network
  • Benefits of the CIPS designation
  • Your CIPS profile
  • CIPS collateral materials, such as banner ads, postcards, widgets, and logos
  • Global Alliances: Ambassador Associations, Presidential Liaisons, Allied Partners
  • Market to Market Programs

Zsolt "Zola" Szerencses

Zola is a graduate of Florida REALTORS® Instructor Training Institute and a Florida REALTORS® and NAR Faculty member. He is Director of the International Division for RE/MAX 200 Realty and serves on the Board of Directors at the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association. He was ORRA's 2011 REALTOR® of the year and is currently the 2012 Vice Chair for NAR's CIPS Advisory Subcommittee.

In order to receive "CE" credits for any continuing education class(es), attendees must:
  • Be physically present for the entire program from beginning to end;
  • Sign any/all morning or afternoon attendance sheets; and
  • Refrain from using cell phones and laptops, except during designated break times.

Registration fees shown are for ORRA members who pre-register. Registration for non-ORRA members (members of other associations) is an additional fee of $15 (unless otherwise noted). On-site registrations will incur a fee of $15 in addition to the applicable registration fee.
