Where REALTORS® & Attorneys Meet
Hear the latest updates on today's legal issues in real estate, including:
  • Landlord-Tenant Issue: Is Someone Living in That Home?
  • Foreign Investors and Legislative Changes
  • DBPR/FREC Update and Discussion
  • REO Property Sales and Auctions: What You Need to Know
  • New Trends Relating to Short Sales: I Feel Your Pain

Today's real estate market presents REALTORS® with challenges and risks. With the large percentage of short sales and REOs, deals have become more complex. And the laws surrounding these types of transactions are constantly changing. Now more than ever, REALTORS® need to be up to date on the latest legal developments so that they can minimize the risk of doing business.

The Real Estate Law Symposium is designed for REALTORS® who are seeking the latest, essential information on today's most pressing issues in real estate law. Join us as we explore the ins and outs of the contract riders, fraud and shams, landlord-tenant issues, REO sales and auctions, HOA issues relating to short sales, seller financing, hot topics for DBPR licensing complaints, and much more.
