Learn why a newly constructed home is a better option than a short sale or bank-owned property and close all your deals! Reconnect with builders and their new home communities! Builders are offering higher commissions, buyer concessions, bonuses and much more!
Advantages of new construction presented in this class…
  • Earn higher commissions!
  • NO more appraisal issues!
  • NO property condition problems!
  • NO multiple level offer approvals!
  • NO more extensions needed!
  • NO more HOA and property liens issues!
  • Navigate your buyers through the building process rather than the short sale maze!
Enter into the summer home-buying season with a new attitude and a new outlook!
