The Section 203(k) program is HUD’s primary program for the rehabilitation and repair of single family properties and an important tool for community and neighborhood revitalization and for expanding homeownership opportunities.

The Federal Housing Administration's 203(k) loan program can help homeowners pay for a variety of home repairs and upgrades. From waterproofing a home, to making handicapped-accessible improvements or simply upgrading appliances, the FHA’s 203(k) loan program may be able to help.

Since 1992, he has personally originated and closed over 1200 FHA 203k Loans, 3600 purchase transactions and managed over 5000 FHA 203k Renovation Loans. He teaches Real Estate Professionals how to increase sales and listings using this program!

In order to receive "CE" credits for any continuing education class(es), attendees must:
  • Be physically present for the entire program from beginning to end;
  • Sign any/all morning or afternoon attendance sheets; and
  • Refrain from using cell phones and laptops, except during designated break times.

Registration fees shown are for ORRA members who pre-register. Registration for non-ORRA members (members of other associations) is an additional fee of $15 (unless otherwise noted). On-site registrations will incur a fee of $15 in addition to the applicable registration fee.
