Home Finance Options for Every Buyer!

Every generation of home buyer is different - their history, their financial needs and resources greatly varies from one buyer to the next. Each generation of buyer has a unique perspective.

You’ll leave this course with the ‘know-how’ to tailor finance options to resonate with each customer and to meet their needs. Some are based on facts and others are based on fiction. You’ll gain insight into each generation and why various financing options are generally ideal for each.

This training session will:
  • Provide you with a better understanding of the generations and their financing needs.
  • Include an in-depth discussion of: Generation Y, Generation X, Boomers and Civics.
  • Cover loan products like FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, ARMS and reverse annuity mortgages.

The more you understand your customer and their financing needs, the more success you will experience with each transaction, and the more referrals you will generate.
