Don’t miss this critical update on new rules and documents taking effect in 2012.

This is not just an ordinary course about bad practices and misinformed buyers. This course is an up-to-date overview of the changes to the real estate industry since the market meltdown that will help REALTORS® understand critical legislative changes and how to succeed in today’s market.

The Dodd Frank Act requires the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau to issue a new combined GFE, TIL, and HUD 1 Settlement Statement. We will review these updated forms as well as update you on the latest from HUD, FNMA, and FHLMC.

Grant Simon, GRI, CDPE, will be checking in on "Reforming America’s Housing Finance Market”, the sweeping report to Congress, and review new changes to guidelines, loan limits, and funding fees.

You don’t want to miss this class! Get your year off to a great start and update yourself on all important legislative issues, guidelines, and critical changes in our industry!
