This class will provide you with the answers to questions such as:

  • Why was the Home Value Code of Conduct enacted?
  • How have Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD embraced HVCC and how does HVCC impact the consumer?
  • Can you define MIDA and TILA?
  • Can you explain APR (Annual Percentage Rate) and do you know why it is still important to the consumer?
  • How will the new GFE and HUD-1 Settlement Statement help the consumer?
  • What are the differences between fixed and adjustable rate mortgages and how can each benefit the consumer?

For the past decade, Grant has been a staff instructor for the Florida Association of Realtors®, teaching GRI courses and past President of the Central Florida Mortgage Bankers Association

In order to receive "CE" credits for any continuing education class(es), attendees must:
  • Be physically present for the entire program from beginning to end;
  • Sign any/all morning or afternoon attendance sheets; and
  • Refrain from using cell phones and laptops, except during designated break times.

Registration fees shown are for ORRA members who pre-register. Registration for non-ORRA members (members of other associations) is an additional fee of $15 (unless otherwise noted). On-site registrations will incur a fee of $15 in addition to the applicable registration fee.
