Hurricane Irma contributes to September drop in Orlando home sales

Hurricane Irma helped drive Orlando’s home sales down by nearly 20 percent in September compared to September of last year, and by almost 30 percent when compared to last month. In addition, new listings plummeted 30 percent year-over-year. Those homes that did manage to close in September helped to keep the market on its median price upward trajectory. Read more »
