ORRA is the local service center for My Florida Regional MLS (MFRMLS). As of January 1, 2017 all training classes for MFRMLS are held in the Conference Center at ORRA, at various times each month.
All MFRMLS classes are FREE to ORRA members.
The mandatory "MLS Basic" and "Compliance 101" classes are offered at least once a month.
The Adding and Modifying Listing Class is also held at least once a month. (requires Broker Authorization). A Broker’s Authorization Form for Entering and Updating Listings in MLS must be signed by the broker and turned into MLS before you are given access to add or edit any listings.
Brokers can obtain the "Broker Authorization ONLINE Form" by logging into https://gopherit.mfrmls.com/ -> Resources -> MLS links -> Broker Authorization online Form. See example.

Use of Laptops in Class
Many of MFRMLS’ classes are hands-on and a laptop is necessary to obtain the full benefit of the class. If you are not able to bring your own laptop, please contact MFRMLS at 407.960.5300 to request one. (Supply is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis).
No-shows, cancellations, and reschedules
If you are not able to attend an MLS class for which you have registered, please contact MFRMLS at 407.960.5300 three days prior to avoid a $25 no show fee. Any participants arriving 10 minutes after class begins will also be charged the $25 no-show fee.
