REALTOR® Dues Renewal 2017
What is the deadline for membership renewal?
The membership renewal deadline is 5:00 p.m. EST on October 31, 2016. Please note that dues paid after 5:00 p.m. EST on October 31, 2016 will be assessed a late fee of $30. Payments not received by 5:00 p.m. EST on November 30, 2016 will be assessed an additional late fee of $30.
What are the REALTOR® dues for 2017?
Membership dues for all three REALTOR® associations will total $665 for sales agents (including a voluntary $99 donation to RPAC and a $15 voluntary donation to the Florida Real Estate Foundation, soon to be known as the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Foundation) and $816 for brokers (including a voluntary $250 donation to RPAC and a $15 voluntary donation to the Florida Real Estate Foundation, soon to be known as the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Foundation).
What is the breakdown of the REALTOR® dues?
ORRA dues - $225.00
ORRA media campaign assessment - $25.00
Florida REALTORS® dues - $116.00
Florida REALTORS® advocacy assessment - $30.00
NAR dues - $120.00
NAR media campaign assessment - $35.00
RPAC voluntary donation - $99.00 (sales agent); $250.00 (broker)
FREF voluntary donation - $15.00

How to Pay
How do I pay my dues online?
Log into the Member Portal (www.orlandorealtors.org/login). Your balance will be reflected in the green box below your profile information. Click on the green box to review and pay your dues.
Can I pay my dues over the phone or in person?
Dues payments may be made by calling 407.253.3580 or in-person at ORRA (1330 Lee Road, Orlando, FL) Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Acceptable forms of payment are MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, money orders, personal checks, and bank checks. Please make all checks payable to ORRA. Due to security reasons, cash is not accepted.
How do I get my login ID and password?
Your login ID is your Member Number (NRDS#). If you do not have your password, visit the Member Portal page (www.orlandorealtors.org/login) and click on "Get Started” under "Forgot your password?" You will be prompted to enter your contact info. An e-mail will then be sent to you with your password.
If you do not have your password and your e-mail is not on file with ORRA, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
How to Verify Your Payment
How do I know if ORRA received my renewal payment?
To check the status of your ORRA renewal payment, log into the Member Portal (www.orlandorealtors.org/login) and click on the link entitled "My Account.” Under "Orders," verify that your "2017 Orlando Renewal Dues - 2017 Orlando Renewal Dues" is marked "Complete."
Please allow 3 to 4 business days if paying by check for verification of payment.
If ORRA has your valid e-mail address on file, you will receive an automated receipt after paying dues online.
When and how will I receive my membership dues notice?
Membership dues renewal notices will be sent via e-mail in August. Invoices are also posted to your account and can be viewed by logging into the Member Portal. To ensure you receive it, please be sure that you have a valid e-mail address in the ORRA database.
When will online membership dues payment be available?
Online dues payments are currently available.
I have not received a membership dues notice (invoice) for my membership. How can I get one?
You should have received a membership dues notice via e-mail in August, as long as you have a valid e-mail address in the ORRA database.
If you have not received a membership dues notice, this could mean your e-mail address is not on file or it needs to be updated in the database. To access your invoice, log into the Member Portal (www.orlandorealtors.org/login) and click on the link entitled "My Account.”
