REALTOR® Dues Renewal 2016

What is the deadline for membership renewal?
The membership renewal deadline is October 31, 2015. Please note that because the deadline of October 31, 2015 falls on a weekend, you will have until the next business day (Monday, November 2, 2015) to pay your dues.

Please note that dues paid after November 2 will be assessed a late fee of $60 late fee.

2016 Dues

What are the REALTOR® dues for 2015?
Membership dues for all three REALTOR® associations will total $645 for sales agents (including a voluntary $99 donation to RPAC and a  $15 voluntary donation to the Florida Real Estate Foundation) and $796 for brokers (including a voluntary $250 donation to RPAC and a $15 voluntary donation to the Florida Real Estate Foundation).

What is the breakdown of the REALTOR® dues?

ORRA dues - $225.00
ORRA media campaign assessment - $25.00
Florida REALTORS® dues - $116.00
Florida REALTORS® advocacy assessment - $10.00
NAR dues - $120.00
NAR media campaign assessment - $35.00
RPAC voluntary donation - $99.00 (sales agent); $250.00 (broker)
FREF voluntary donation - $15.00

What do I get for my dues?
Your membership provides you with all the resources and services offered by ORRA, Florida REALTORS®, and NAR. View a list of benefits that ORRA furnishes for REALTORS® and the real estate profession with each member’s dues payment.

How to Pay

How do I pay my dues online?
Log into the Member Portal ( Your balance will be reflected in the green box below your profile information. Click on the green box to review and pay your dues.

Can I pay my dues over the phone or in person?
Dues payments may be made by calling 407.253.3580 or in-person at ORRA (1330 Lee Road, Orlando, FL) Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What credit cards are accepted for payment of dues?
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards are accepted for payment of ORRA dues. Telechecks are also accepted online.

Does ORRA offer an installment plan for dues?
Yes, ORRA now offers and installment plan for those members who would prefer to budget their payments and still make the REALTOR® dues deadline. You can select the installment plan option when you go to checkout in the member portal.

By signing up for the installment plan, ORRA will automatically bill the credit/debit card you provide in three payments. There is no fee to use this service, and you will not be assessed any late fees!

To qualify for the installment plan, you must make the first payment by August 31, 2015. In addition, a valid credit/debit card number is necessary in order to utilize the installment plan.

2016 Dues Installment Plan Payment Schedule
Payment 1: $250.00 processed at checkout
Payment 2: $155.00 processed September 30, 2015
Payment 3: $126.00 processed October 30, 2015
Any optional contribution amounts will be added to your first payment.

Please note that if your credit card number changes it is your responsibility to notify ORRA. You may also make the change yourself through the “member portal” section of  If for any reason your payment is not approved by your credit/debit card company, your enrollment in the installment plan will be nullified and you will incur late fees if your dues are not paid in full by November 2, 2015. Processed payments are nonrefundable.

How do I get my login ID and password?
Your login ID is Member Number (NRDS#). If you do not have your password, visit the Member Portal page ( and click on "Get Started” under "Forgot your password?" You will be prompted to enter your contact info. An e-mail will then be sent to you with your password.

How to Verify Your Payment

How do I know if ORRA received my renewal payment?
To check the status of your ORRA renewal payment, log into the Member Portal ( and click on the link entitled "My Account.” Under "Orders," verify that your "2016 Orlando Renewal Dues - 2016 Orlando Renewal Dues" is marked "Complete."

Please allow 3 to 4 business days if paying by cash or check for verification of payment.

If ORRA has your valid e-mail address on file, you will receive an automated receipt after paying dues online.

Dues Notices

When and how will I receive my membership dues notice?
Membership dues renewal notices will be sent via e-mail in August. Invoices are also posted to your account and can be viewed by logging into the Member Portal. To ensure you receive it, please be sure that you have a valid e-mail address in the ORRA database.

When will online membership dues payment be available?
Online dues payments are currently available.

I have not received a membership dues notice (invoice) for my membership. How can I get one?
You should have received a membership dues notice via e-mail in August, as long as you have a valid e-mail address in the ORRA database.

If you have not received a membership dues notice, this could mean your e-mail address is not on file or it needs to be updated in the database. To access your invoice, log into the Member Portal ( and click on the link entitled "My Account.”
