REALTOR® Dues Renewal 2015
As a REALTOR®, you join more than 10,000 members locally and 1,000,000 members nationally who share your enthusiasm and commitment to the REALTOR® profession. We thank you for your continued membership, and we look forward to another successful year.
Your REALTOR® dues were due on October 31, 2014. If your payment was not received by the deadline, you have been assessed a $60 late fee and some of your REALTOR® privileges have been inactivated.
To restore your REALTOR® privileges and avoid further penalties, please pay both invoices. When making your payment online, please read the screens carefully before you click on “I Authorize This Transaction”.
As a member of ORRA, your REALTOR® privileges include, but are not limited to, access to the Supra key, MFRMLS, Florida REALTORS® legal hotline, member pricing for education classes offered by ORRA, and numerous events and seminars aimed at helping you succeed in your real estate career.
2015 REALTOR® Dues
Membership dues for all three REALTOR® associations will total $645 for sales agents (including a voluntary $99 donation to RPAC and a voluntary $15 donation to the Florida Real Estate Foundation) and $796 for brokers (including a voluntary $250 donation to RPAC and a voluntary $15 donation to the Florida Real Estate Foundation).

Requests for refunds must be in writing faxed to 407.513.7524 or e-mailed to email@example.com and may take up to two weeks to process. Refunds will be issued by check and mailed to member's preferred mailing address. Dues are nonrefundable after the billing year starts Nov 1, 2014.
