Exhibitor Move-In: Night before and 7:00 – 8:30 a.m. day of event (table will be removed if not set by 8:30 a.m.)
Exhibit Hall Open: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Exhibitor Move-Out: 4:00 – 5:00 p.m.

Exhibit Rates Include…
- Single booths: One six-foot draped table and two chairs staffed by 2 persons. (Booth decor must fit within table width.)
- Double booths: Two six-foot draped tables and four chairs staffed by 4 persons. (Booth decor must fit within table width.)
