Andy Brown
is business development manager at Fidelity National Title of Florida, Inc. and a proud member of Toastmasters International.  He has trained thousands in the art of effective communication. Andy attended Florida Atlantic University and Brandeis University.


Doug DeVitre is the CEO of Doug DeVitre International, a process consulting and professional skills transfer firm specializing in helping real estate professionals grow their business using the latest technology. He has been awarded the Certified Speaking Professional by the National Speakers Association, inducted into the National Association of REALTORS® REBAC Hall of Fame, and awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year by the University of Missouri Business School.  

Carmenza Gonzalez is founder of CZA Inc., a global business development consulting firm. Prior to establishing CZA Inc., Carmenza worked for the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission (EDC) as vice president of International Business Development. Carmenza is currently the Chairwoman of the Advisory Board, Ana G. Mendez University System; Administrative Board member of SunTrust Bank Orlando; board member of the Covenant House Florida; Founder Member of the Orlando Committee of Foreign Relations (OCFR), a member of the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) and a former member of Mayor Dyer’s International Advisory Board. Ms. Gonzalez holds an Executive MBA Certificate and B.A. Degree in International Affairs.

 
Jason Jakus is a life-long technology expert and entrepreneur with over 15 years of professional experience as a consultant, business coach and peak performance strategist. He is an active REALTOR® in Southwest Florida and published author. His expertise and leadership skills have earned him a reputation as a technology guru.

Ann Marks has a masters degree in theology and counseling psychology and is a qualified therapist. After teaching and counseling for over 20 years, Ann became vice president of Challenger, Gray & Christmas in Chicago.  Ann became interested in face reading over 16 years ago when she attended a presentation by Mac Fulfer, author of Amazing Face Reading. She is now his business partner and is completely devoted to giving presentations and classes on face reading.
Eric Papp is the president of Results-Based Seminars LLC. Eric has been featured in the New York Times, USA Today, and Dallas Morning News. He is the author of Leadership by Choice. He received his B.A. at the University of Notre Dame. Eric has produced over 9 business educational programs available on audio CD, CD ROM, and DVD.

 
Janna Shearman-Perret
is vice president at First American Exchange Company and has worked in the exchange industry since 2004.  Janna facilitates all types of 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, including simultaneous, delayed, reverse, and improvement exchanges of both real and personal property.  She is a frequent lecturer on the topic of 1031 exchanges and has had articles published in several trade journals. Janna has extensive experience in the field of real estate, having worked for 20 years as a commercial real estate paralegal and licensed title insurance agent.  She is a member of the New Orleans chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women, currently serving on the Programs Committee.

Pat Reass began her real estate career in 1983 and started appraising in 1985. Pat is president of the Appraisal Group in Winter Haven. Pat is a state permitted appraisal instructor, an associate member of the Appraisal Institute and was originally designated Master Residential Appraiser (MRA) through the former National Association of Master Appraisers. Pat is the 2010 vice-chair of the Appraisal Council, has served as chairman of Florida REALTORS® Faculty Development sub-committee, is a member of the Realtor® Institute Faculty, past Florida REALTORS® director, past president of the Polk County Chapter of Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR), currently a member of the Bartow Board of REALTORS® and the American Business Women’s Association. Pat was the president of the East Polk County Association of REALTORS® in 1995, as well as the 1996 Florida REALTORS® District 10 vice-president.
