Florida REALTORS® rolls out 2013 legislative priorities

 When the Florida Legislative session starts on March 5, Florida's REALTORS® will be fixated on four particular issues:
- Securing funding for affordable housing;
- eliminating a tax on commercial rents;
- ensuring sustainable and affordable property insurance; and
- management of the state’s judicial foreclosure process.
