MFRMLS to begin terminating offices on July 1

My Florida Regional Multiple Listing Service is scheduled to begin office termination procedures on July 1, 2011. Entire offices will be terminated if any ONE agent in an office has not paid his or her annual MFRMLS fees, which were due May 17. Please verify that agents in your office have either paid MFRMLS fees or have been removed from your office via a RE 10 form (formerly 2050) faxed to ORRA’s membership department at 407.293.6083.
Information must be accurate with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation before changes can be made to ORRA’s membership records, which are transmitted daily to MFRMLS. Should your office be suspended, reinstatement of your office’s MLS service could take two to three business days once full payment from agents and/or RE 10 forms are received by ORRA.
To verify unpaid agents for your office, please follow these instructions:
- Go to https://www.mfrmls.com
- Click on "Pay Your Bill”
- Log on by using your member ID and password
- When account pulls up, click on "Look Up Member Open Balances”
- Agents with outstanding balances will be listed.
